I like to make it a compulsory task for all our clients to have a consultation for there project to make sure that we can get the achieve the best that I can give them!
There are two types of consultations
Basic Consultation
This is for the start of the project can take 2-4 Hours depending on the size of the project. For each client I will write a brief that will be used throughout the project that will include important details, for example the clients target audience, summery, aims etc...
Night and Wind are the only solutions that have a technical consultation.
A technical consultation is for people who don't have any technical equipment that is need to have a website i.e. people on the other side of the Digital Divide.
Here I will chat to my clients and write a plan that will provide them with what they need to get them into a digital age or update there previous system.
This usually follows onto training that will cost £15 an hour - Transport Costs.
When I show my clients how to use there equipment I will make sure they know how to use it themselves before I leave.
